Shane Ott Slated to fight Carlton Haselrig in BCX / USKBA Heavyweight Title Bout

Shane Ott will be headlining the Battle Cage Xtreme fight in New Jersey in a 3 round title bout against the accomplished wrestling and football star Carlton Haselrig. Prior to fighting professionally and making appearances in the IFL, Shane Ott held the Amateur USKBA Heavyweight Title. We are expecting Shane to add the USKBA pro belt to his collection on April 19th at the Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City, NJ. Ott to fight tonight in the IFL Grand Prix

The weigh-ins are complete and the bout order is set for tonight's IFL Grand Prix. Shane weighed in one half pound under the 265 pound weight class. His opponent, Antoine Jaoude, tipped the scale at 248 pounds. The sixth bout, on a ten bout card, well determine which fighter advances to the finals. We all wish Shane luck!
